  • Terne support our clients within operations, leadership and facilitation through short and long-term engagement. She has comprehensive experience with design thinking, lean as well as planning and undertaking complex facilitation and co-creation processes. 

    Before Project Bloom, she was founder and managing partner in This Design Tool providing key support for transformation processes inside among others IKEA, Novo Nordisk, DR and IBM and recently she was Head of Operational Excellence in Banedanmark.

  • Kristian support our clients within strategy, operations and leadership through assignments and long-term engagement. He has deep knowledge of lean, business transformation, people and management and has himself driven significant changes within both public and private sector companies.   

    Before Project Bloom, he was Chief of Staff at Region Sealand, Director of Business Development at Aleris Hamlet Hospitals A/S followed by his current position as Project Director at Banedanmark.

  • Kasper is a specialist in general medicine with extensive experience and knowledge of all parts of the healthcare system, including municipalities and the practice sector. Drawing on broad clinical experience and deep organizational understanding, Kasper assists our clients with analysis, optimization, and support for the development of public and private offerings within health care and associated businesses.

    Kasper has vast experience as general practitioner and medical adviser, as well as clinical experience from employment at five somatic and one psychiatric hospital within the Region of Seeland and the Capital Region.

    Nis has vast experience in business analysis and -excellence as former system developer as well as applied experience in system specifications and implementation of process applications
